Three Men in a Room ObstructionElizabeth Benjamin of Capital Confidential informs us of the Moynahan Station project has been pulled off the table again. This happened a month ago when Speaker Sheldon Silver pulled it from the table when the Three Men in a Room met. Now, it appears Governor George Pataki is pulling the project for review. Development on the WTC site and the Farley Post Office is constantly being obstructed by our New York State "leaders." Do we want to see New York State government continue like this? We are certain that one man in the Three Men in a Room will be changing come January 1, 2007. That would be Gov. Pataki's seat. But New Yorkers living in the FInancial District, Battery Park City and Chinatown have a chance to change another man in the triad. Speaker Silver is being challenged by Michael Imperiale. Capital Confidential reported on Michael Imeriale on August 24th, and I followed up on the report over at Urban Elephants.
