Vince is running for the open Assembly District 26 seat in North Eastern Queens in what will likely be one of the hardest fought races of this election cycle. This is the same district where NYC Young Republicans came out in droves to help elect Dan Halloran to the New York City Council last November and we are hoping to do the same for Vince!
Vince has been instrumental in rebuilding the NYC Republican party and his election to the Assembly will be an important stepping stone in that process. A victory in this race will also put a Queens Republican back in the NYC Assembly delegation.

The New York Young Republican Club would like dedicated Republicans (members or non-members) to help us represent our party, support our candidates and get new young conservatives to register to vote!
All we need is a few people to join us for an hour or two during the street fair, while we try to accomplish our goals.

The NYYRC will host a debate between two promising Republican candidates for the U.S. Congressional seat in New York’s 14th district. The candidates will face off over a number of issues, including fiscal reform, national defense, and health care.
The winner of the Republican primary will contend for the seat currently held by Democratic congresswomen Carolyn B. Maloney in the general election on November 2, 2010. Maloney has represented the 14th district, which spans from the east side of Manhattan to Roosevelt Island, Astoria, and Long Island City, since 1993.

Please join the New York Young Republican Club for our spring Committee Fair & Social. This is a great opportunity to socialize with fellow NYC Young Republicans and speak with committee chairs to learn more about how to get involved with the club.

Our special guest for the evening will be NYC Councilman Dan Halloran of the 19th district. Dan was elected in 2009 to serve the Queens communities of College Point, Auburndale-Flushing, Whitestone, Bayside, Bay Terrace, Douglaston and Little Neck.
