You do not need a PayPal account to pay for your membership. If you do not see the credit card form after clicking "Buy Now", simply click the "Continue" link towards the bottom of the PayPal page, to the left of the PayPal login.
You can increase the quantity of memberships after clicking the "Buy Now" button. However, to buy multiple types of memberships, you need to make a separate purchase for each membership type.
