Thank you for visiting the website of the New York Young Republican Club, the oldest and most prestigious young Republican organization in America.

This Club was formed to give young professionals an opportunity to get more involved in the political process, to learn about and debate the issues of the day, and to take an active role in promoting good government policy and republican values. It has retained its long tradition of independence from other Republican organizations and, as you can see in our Club History, has been a leading voice in local politics.

As a member, you will have access to all our monthly Speaker Forums and our many social events. From time to time, the Club will participate in special debate forums that deal with issues that affect all New York City residents. Every year, we sponsor a Manhattan street fair where we register new voters and sign up new members. We also have Special Events like our Ronald Reagan Birthday Dinner and Awards celebration, our Spring Fling, the Capitalist’s Ball and our annual Holiday Party.

You may also choose to be active within our Club leadership, which is something I personally feel can expand republicanism in our city. The New York Young Republican Club has organized committees for Government Affairs, Law and Policy, Foreign Affairs, and Women’s issues. These committees help define what the Republican Party is all about in New York City. We also have committees that deal with promoting membership, organizing fundraisers and political campaigns and communications.

And if you are someone with aspirations of running for elected office, the New York Young Republican Club can help you develop your political awareness of responsibility for office, whether it’s for the city, state or federal government.
